ICMIF member The World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) this week announced its new Chair as Rafał Matusiak, President of the National Association of Co-operative Savings and Credit Unions (NACSCU – Poland). The announcement was made at the 2020 Annual General Meeting which was held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
