It is our great honor to announce that Mr. HONG Jae-Eun, new President ＆ CEO of NongHyup Life Insurance, Korea, has been appointed to AOA Director.
After AOA received a notification of resignation as AOA Director from Mr. SEO Ki-Bong, former President & CEO of NongHyup Life Insurance, AOA has discussed a successor director at the Board of Directors Meeting on 12 March 2019, in accordance with the AOA bylaws. The term of Mr. Hong is up to the next General Meeting on 14 November 2019.
